Hypnotherapy is a wonderful therapy which can help you change your behaviour; behaviours you feel are no longer serving you. This is achieved by taking the client into a deeply relaxed state, quite often likened to a guided meditation, where desired behaviour changes can be suggested to the subconscious mind.
This therapy works extremely well when the client is motivated and willing to kick bad habits, or wanting to improve areas of their life.

The session will be held on zoom in two parts. The first session (approx. 30-45mins) will involve a discussion to understand what the issue you are facing is, how it is affecting your life and what you would like to achieve. This will help me create a personalised hypnotherapy script for your situation which will be carried out in your second session (This session may last up to 1hr).
Please be aware that some issues may need a number of sessions to fully anchor the desired change.
It is important that the session is carried out in a space with no distractions available.
